Buyer reviewI wasn't really sure where to start. I asked some friends if they had any recommendations for agents, but I ended up not really liking any of their recommendations. I found a house online that I liked and I was ready to start looking at houses. I contacted the listing agent, Michelle Smith. I didn't end up buying that house or actually ever seeing that one, but I did end up hiring Michelle because I liked her personality and how she conducted her business. After I found my dream home and my offer was accepted, my loan went through a lot of ups and downs. I mean, a lot. More than normal, anyway. Michelle was on top of everything. She was down to earth, kept a positive attitude, and was always happy to help. I truly felt like Michelle's only client, even when she would mention working with other buyers/sellers. Michelle impressed me from Day 1 and I will likely use her for any future real estate purchases.
