Buyer reviewMichelle Smith made the whole process easy for us (first time home buyers) to understand. She really helped make it a smooth, stress free process for us! Michelle walked us through each step of the way and answered any questions we had. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what resources to use to find a home inspector or a pest inspector or people we would need for different steps of buying a house. Michelle offered recommendations for everything and her recommendations were fantastic! She also made sure we understood all the parts in buying a house so we knew different options and what would be the best for us. She put our needs first and was honest about what was and wasn't right for our personal situation. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and I would recomend her to anyone and everyone!

Also, Michelle seemed really concerned with our housing needs. Michelle was very accessible and timely. Most of the time I was late to our appointments but Michelle was there patiently waiting and was never upset.

Seller reviewI would rate my experience with Michelle Smith as top notch. She was very knowledgeable in the whole process of listing and selling my home in Elkridge. I also found her very calming as I had never sold a house before and I was a nervous wreck in the beginning of the whole deal up until I realized I was in the best of hands. I remember I just wanted to take what ever was offered on the house, but under her guidance we waited it out for what was a short period of time really and she negotiated the best offer for my house. I would most definitely use Michelle Smith again and would also refer her to anyone needing top notch realtor services.
