Buyer reviewHe knew better than I what to look for in a home and pointed out both good and bad points of the houses we saw and I made the call as to which features would make or break a buy. l found his observations to be spot on. I was in no hurry to find a new place and live locally, so I'm sure I tested Mike's patience as we toured property after property over the course of a year. I was looking for that elusive place that "felt right" in addition to the normal considerations of condition, location, price. I didn't quite know what "right" was, but would know it when I saw it. Mike let me work out my ever-changeable selection process in my own way. He stayed on top of every step of escrow and negotiated diligently with the seller to get important things fixed - things that I hadn't noticed myself. Long journey, happy ending.
