My house is a small run down little property that sold for under 200K, yet Mike treated me as if I were selling a million dollar home that was turn-key easy to sell. Mike Liddi went above and beyond helping me sell my house. The house was in pretty bad shape but Mike was right there every step of the way from offering excellent advise to challenges that would surface to even sweeping up dead cockroaches off the floor. I live 200 miles north of this house but I never worried because Mike was watching over the house. He got to know my tenant, the neighbors, and he even drove by the property several times to keep an eye on it for me. I spent over 20K remodeling the house and I used all of the people he recommended. Their prices were extremely fair, the work was excellent and they all had a great deal of trust and respect for Mike. Every time we hit a road block Mike would remain optimistic and simply help come up with alternative solutions. Mike is a consummate professional. If he worked this hard for me on a difficult little property that I'm sure didn't pay much considering how much time and effort he put into making the sale happen, I know that he treats all his clients with the same level of respect and attention to detail. Amazing guy.
