Seller reviewThere were a couple of unusual problems that came up while selling my house. Molly didn't hesitate to call and email people to find solutions to the problems. She explained situations well and I fully trusted her advice and opinion. She made selling my home stress free and easy when it could have been a very difficult and stressful time for me. If you want to buy or sell your house Molly has the knowledge, work ethic, and integrity you need to have in a realtor. I would recommend her to everyone I know....and I already have!

Seller reviewMolly was the most honest and realistic about taking on our house last December. We put the house on the Market with Howard Hanna with the manager/agent but didn't feel that we got the best representation. We originally spoke with Molly as well but went with what we hoped was a good relationship and a large marketing presence. Molly's marketing was far superior as was her follow-up. We also had a difficult buyers' agent and Buyer. Molly was able to diffuse situations, give us good advice, and work with our closing attorney to bring the deal to fruition. Very happy and grateful to Molly and Century 21 Sbarra and Well
