The only reason I would not use Molly Nolan again is that I live outside of the area and have no other properties there. Molly was an excellent realtor and went above and beyond to give supurb service. I really relied upon her knowledge, and very much appreciated her level of calm when I would be anxious about something. Communication was excellent, including when quick decisions had to be made. It helped immensely that she knew the area and similar types of properties. In a low inventory market, she was able to price the house appropriately for a quick sale, which included multiple offers and some escallation clauses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.

I only met Molly once, but when I met her, I liked her right away. She was very pleasant and helpful. She got along with my secretary, Jenny and kept in communication with me and Jenny. Whenever we need her I would use her again and I even told her if she could find a 10 family house for me in the future
