Monica Sempervive was very helpful in the sale of our home. Monica went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Monica helped find a great septic system installer and helped us contacting our insurance company for the remediation of our yard. I could call Monica and leave messages any time of day and she would always call me back. We will be always grateful for what she did for us. I have never seen someone working as hard as she did and have that much passion for her job. Will recommend her to anyone who wants great results selling their home. With all the problems we had getting permits from New Jersey, Monica helped us through the process. Monica helped stage our home and we sold it in one day for a great price. I would use Century 21 again.
