I was divorced last summer and it has been a hard journey . But this spring I was ready to find a home for myself and children . I needed to find a home in my sons school district due to him needing to remain in his special needs classroom of our excellent school .It was important to me to select a broker that lived in the town and surrounding areas and not only had knowledge and experience about the area but also had a great reputation as a person .
