My husband and I have been Lake of Egypt residents since 1970 and truly enjoy the area. We are members of Lake of Egypt Christian Church & local Property Owners Associations. Past owners of Tony's Steak House in Marion, I now enjoy my career as a Realtor at our company's Lake of Egypt Office. Buyer reviewI selected Nancy based on an internet search. Her recommendation on line was excellent. As we started to explore the LOE area, we heard repeated complimentary comments regarding Nancy's work ethic, advocacy for buyer/seller and her knowledge of the process as well as the LOE area. As we looked at houses, Nancy really listened to what we liked and didn't like.. She knew we were traveling 3 hours each time we came to the LOE area and she respected our time by not showing us items that were not applicable. We hadn't bought a home in 17 years and were not familiar with the area. Nancy was a great resource in market value and what to expect for a particular spot on the lake; (ski area, more shallow water, location in relation to the interstate, etc.) She further had a great turnaround time in getting our offer to the sellers as well as their counteroffer back to us. Nancy would communicate by text and e-mail, which worked best for me. She was also available by phone in the evening once my husband got home if we needed for her to be. Any/all questions we had were answered very timely. She has a lot of wisdom about real estate as well as the area in which she works and lives. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining/educating.

She was truly a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond at times.
