My husband and I have been Lake of Egypt residents since 1970 and truly enjoy the area. We are members of Lake of Egypt Christian Church & local Property Owners Associations. Past owners of Tony's Steak House in Marion, I now enjoy my career as a Realtor at our company's Lake of Egypt Office. Seller reviewWe found Nancy Cranston on the Century 21 website. We have a friend in our area who is a realtor for Century 21 and know how hard she works to make a sale. From Century 21's reputation, we felt Nancy would do the same for us, and she did. Nancy was very timely in communicating with us. She was accessible by phone or e-mail at any time of the day or night. She was always respectful and helpful, not to mention being an absolute "jewel" to work with. Nancy pursued internet advertising to the utmost. I couldn't believe the number of hits on the various websites for our house. She provided extensive market research for the area that helped us decide on the listing price. Nancy also offered many ideas on ways we might increase the chances of a sale. She was a professional throughout our whole experience, from signing a contract for her services to the final closing. We were well pleased with her services and her knowledge. When Nancy had to be out of town, her co-realtor, Jeanie Blue, stepped right in, so we never skipped a beat. This made for a very smooth transition and we continued making progress toward the closing. What a team effort! I would highly recommend Nancy Cranston. She is a realtor "par excellence!"
