Seller reviewPaul was extremely helpful and upbeat to list the home for sale even though with Covid, we could only use virtual showing. Who would have thought that even with virtual showing, we received interest and timely offers too. Paul was outstanding supporting my needs from a distance and helped bridge the timely interruptions of late instpection; Covid limited showing; and providing paperwork for signatures thru the dot drop process and other needs. Seller reviewOur friends had sold their home through Paul Momrik and were highly pleased. On initially meeting him I was pleased with his low key approach, since this was a difficult time for me. I was selling the home of my younger sister who had died unexpectedly. I was also dealing with serious health issues with my husband and a recent injury to myself. I needed someone who could guide me through the process with empathy and consideration - and he did just that. Always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Understood the issues I was dealing with at the time and was patient and empathetic. The home was in very good condition, but the size of the lot and the fact it had never been cleared to the lake were significant drawbacks. It took awhile for the right person to come along and appreciate the home and it's potential. Paul helped us determine things to do to improve the ability to sell the house. I appreciated his efforts throughout this process and would certainly use him again in the future
