Seller reviewPaul Momrik was very knowledgeable regarding the distinction between a manufactured vs a modular home and the resultant appraisal effect. Paul is very personable and worked diligently several years ago to effect another transaction. He is certainly an asset to Century 21.....and, no, I'm not a relative or personal friend, yet that's how he makes one feel! Totally satisfied. Paul Momrik stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way and was extremely prompt responding to any questions. Paul Momrik is a consummate professional in my opinion. Always dressed neatly, polite, on time and prepared.
