Seller reviewOur Trust attorney has used him to sell her properties and highly recommended him. Paul was great about remaining in communication with me and the co-trustee. He handled all details and sold the home right away. He even had agents lined up to view the property before the papers were signed. We were very impressed. He called me himself to thank me for the business after the final papers were signed. He is a class act. Because I live out of state, Paul gladly offered the service of signing documents electronically, which was very helpful. He also sent the deed to be signed and notarized to me along with a prepaid envelope. It all worked perfectly. Everyone was patient, accommodating and professional Paul made the sale of our parent's home an easy experience while we were still grieving.

I found him to be honest and genuine in a way that can be hard to come by nowadays. Paul is also very knowledgeable about construction which is nice when you're looking at older homes.
