I have been involved in several real estate transactions in my life, the last two of which have been handled by Pierre Peebles. He realizes that you have to actually get out and see what is on the market and he takes the time and has the expertise to keep you apprised of what is going on in the market place and puts in the time and effort and has the patience to allow you to decide exactly what you want and where you want to be. He does not impose any persuasion into your decision process but gives you all of the pros and cons of any particular property you may be interested in which is invaluable. Once we identified the house we wanted, Pierre took the bull by the horns and made it happen in a seamless and timely manner. On top of all of that, Pierre is just a genuinely nice guy!
