Seller reviewTo define Pierre in one word isn't easy, but we choose EXCEPTIONAL. He was recommended to us, as the real estate professional with whom we would want to engage, to sell our South Florida home. Pierre didn't disappoint, he was with us every step of the way. During the time our property was listed Pierre ensured it was always in perfect showing condition. Whether it meant tidying up after a showing, or pulling weeds on the way in the door, nothing was left unattended. Being an older home, the occasional "issue" would arise. After discussing it with us, Pierre utilized his resourcefulness to correct the issue so we could avoid the lengthy drive! We cannot say enough about his knowledge, his competence, and most important to us, his work ethic. Our daughter is getting ready to buy her first home in South Florida and we do not hesitate to trust Pierre to guide her through the process.

Buyer reviewPierre helped me to purchase a 3bed/3bath condominium at Lakewood Village in Ft Myers. I am an out of state buyer and I put full trust in Pierre to view different properties and report on their condition and value. Pierre created short and informative videos of every property he viewed. Eventually Pierre helped me with negotations and then all aspects of the sale, HOA approval, and some loose ends after the sale. Pierre delivered and exceeded expectations, and I would recommend him to others in need of an agent.
