He was very knowledgable about the area that I wanted to stay in and understood why we chose the area. Ray was available to anawer all of my questions and reponded very quickly to me messag him. This was important to me because it meant the difference between getting the acreage bought or not. acreages do not stay on the market very long. I found Ray Sterns to be very easy to work with!!!! Ray is just a great guy and will use him when the time comes to sell my existing properties.
