Seller reviewRay Sterns communicated with me on a regular bases to let me know when the house was being shown. Ray was honest when we had the house priced a little too high for the area. We lowered the price and the house sold immediatly. I would reccomend Ray as well as use him again because he gave me honest up front answers to my questions.
