I pride myself in taking a personable and unique approach to each home buyers experience recognizing that each client has their own intimate needs and concerns. As a working mother and grandmother, I understand how important my family is to me and I treat my clients like my family. For years I worked managing a landmark family owned and operated Westchester restaurant. I use that experience of courteous and caring service today when dealing with my clients in real estate. My extensive knowledge of the Sound Shore community is unparalleled. Whether one is pursuing a rental property or a new dream home, client satisfaction is my goal in every transaction. Since 2000, I have treated my clients ethically and try to service all their real estate needs utilizing my vast experience and expertise.

Seller reviewRenee answered my call in a timely manner. She was extremely professional and courteous and well informed. Renee put me at ease about selling my house right from the start. Renee handled all aspects for the sale in a professional manner. She put me at ease from the start with dealing with my attorney to the contract for the sale, inspection and all other aspects leading up to the closing. Renee was polite, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She had me at ease from beginning to the end. Century21 Marciano staff was top notch. Phone calls were answered quickly and Tina who answered all of my calls was right on top of my every need. My overall experience with Renee and the Century21 Marciano staff was top notch, friendly and professional.

Each time I called Century 21 Marciano the phone was answered in timely manner. Tina who usually answered the call was always polite and professional. I was extremely pleased with all of the staff at this office.

If I had suggestions on houses she investigated them and got back to me on whether they suited my needs. She spent many hours with me searching for the right house and the right location.
