My name is Renee Schoenherr. I have 30 years experience as a top producing Realtor serving the Northwest and Western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to being a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I also have received many awards for Quality Service to my clients. I have also been featured in the 2021 issue of Chicago's Top Agent Magazine. Always keeping my clients' best interest at the core of what I do, I guide both buyers and sellers through the entire Real Estate process from start to finish. My "no pressure" approach helps buyers and sellers feel relaxed and secure during an unfamiliar process. She was always very polite, respectful, and patient especially with some of the language barriers (we primarily speak Spanish) and the need for translating by our daughter. She demonstrated a lot of cultural competence in all of our interactions. Renee was willing to answer any and all questions we had as first time homeowners with great detail as well.
