As far as critical feedback, I'm at a genuine loss. Renee's communication was ideal, and her demeanor great for multiple family members/personalities. I barely thought about the sale, I felt so secure in her decision making, and that is something I can rarely say about someone. Highly intuitive, was able to simultaneously ease my moms anxiety, and was genuinely willing to play with a more risky listing price and strategy with me- remotely as I live out of state. Renee nullified the burden of selling the property, and made it a lighter fun game. Was able to list it 50k higher than other professionals had in the past. In the brief phone conversations with her, I was on same page in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and mindful of my time and energy. In stark contrast to critics of the listing price value, saying I was crazy, she simply listened, agreed to give it a try, as well as devised a back up plan to modify the price as needed. Wouldn't hesitate to have her again in the future.

I was a nervous wreck over this whole real estate buying process. I hadn't moved in over 20 years. Renee Schoenherr has such a calming personality and that's exactly what I needed. I thought I found the perfect condo and then Covid hit and I backed out. I thought Renee would be upset with me, but she seemed to understand my reasoning why. And because she didn't forget about me and I really liked working with her, a few months later I contacted her again and said I was ready to continue my search. Today I am sitting in my new condo writing this. And so grateful that I waited to find my new perfect home!
