I consider myself to be very lucky to have thoroughly enjoyed my time searching for a home to purchase while working with Rich. I know that many find this process to be extremely stressful, though I am confident that it was because of Rich that my experience differed greatly. Rich was patient with the endless amounts of questions asked, and always answered them with enthusiasm. Through his guidance and the time he spent at numerous showings with me, I was able to learn what I liked in a house, what I wanted to avoid, and eventually what my perfect house would be. It is obvious that Rich not only loves what he does, but is also exceptionally good at it. It was obvious how hard Rich worked to find something that was perfect for me, and I couldn't be any happier with the results.
