Buyer reviewRich was so detailed oriented and cared about us as people, not just clients. He made sure the house we bought would be a wonderful home for us and didn't push us to buy the first property we saw. Communication with Rich is like talking with a good friend. You can contact him whenever with questions and he will respond as quickly as possible. He is funny, kind, and very compassionate. He knows the Kalamazoo area well and we were given great advice on what areas to search in. We are so grateful for all of the help he provided with getting us into our first home. Everything with our closing went so smoothly and we were in our house just under a month from when our offer was accepted. Rich made the process seamless and made sure we understood every step.
