This was now our 2nd house purchased sight unseen from across the country and there was an astronomical difference in experience working with Ron vs our previous agent. At times he drove over an hour to look at houses for us. Sam worked relentlessly on our mortgage loan, and Ron pounded pavement to make sure we saw every house as soon as it hit the market. Not only did we get the home we wanted, but Ron is handling lawn care, contractor work, and security installation in our absence. Ron and Sam know how to make a PCS a little less stressful and we are thankful for that!
