The builder was a troublemaker, but Saila used her negotiation tricks to handle all issues swiftly. We were nervous and anxious entering this process. With Saila's guidance and real estate knowledge, we could know critical details (Ex: Contract signing process, Home custom options, and our rights as a buyer, etc.) that we would have never known otherwise! Still, with her help, we walked away confident and extremely happy with our decision and home.
