It was Easter and she was cooking dinner and she put that on hold to research and help us make an offer immediately. Seller reviewShannon O'Brien was dedicated to selling our property. She had great photos taken that showed the property at its best. She willingly made copies of all contract papers and made special trips to our house to deliver them. She sent email copies as needed. She agreed to be with us at escrow signing if needed. She made time to meet with all prospective buyers/agents and spent as much time as they needed. She explained negotiations to us and respected our thoughts and wishes. Shannon O'Brien understood we would only accept full price for our property and she respected that. She is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. We looked forward to seeing her. She was honest, genuine and sensitive to our needs. She told us we could call her at any time and she would get back to us. That was reassuring to us because we did have questions.
