Seller reviewShannon got a quick, above-asking offer for one of my neighbors, so I called and asked if she could do the same for me. Shannon gave me good advice, got great photos of the property, wrote an awesome description for the listing, and we were under contract above asking price almost immediately! As usual, there were a few curveballs along the way (I had a tenant in the unit, the sale was part of a 1031 exchange, there was a brand new fire safety inspection requirement, etc) but Shannon was able to get any questions answered and keep the sale moving forward. She even called me every day of her vacation to keep me informed of any updates. I'm very happy with how it went. Thank you Shannon!
