Seller reviewIn my opinion, Sheri Wooten is the best. I purchased my home from her in 2017 and she was great. When I was ready to relocate, I immediately thought of her and asked that she come and do a market analysis for me. She was prompt and did a fantastic job and was very thorough. The other agents I contacted were not as prompt and very hard to get to. She was easily accessible and had kept in touch with me thru my time in Little River. I had no hesitation to use her services again and I was so happy that I did. Our negotiations were very difficult, she came thru in flying colors, then the whole transaction was very strained and difficult cause we were dealing with an agent that was new to the area and wanted to do business like she did in PA. Sheri came thru again and again as difficult as it was. Even down to the closing, we had to gravel and beg to get to the closing table. Sheri came thru again and went the extra mile to get it done. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a professional, smart, thorough Broker to handle this gigantic step in their life. She will stand firm and get things done. C21 is most fortunate to have a person of her caliber to work for them. SHE's THE BEST!!!! I was a 30 year Broker/Realtor, retiring in 2008 and I would say Sheri was one of the best I have had dealings with.

Buyer reviewWhen you choose an agent based on a friend's referral, you don't know what to expect. Sheri went the "extra mile". If I had any question at all, she would find the answer. She even offered to pick my wife and I up at the airport AFTER THE SALE to take us to our new house on the 4th of July.
