Sheri was a wonderful recommendation and I would highly recommend her to others. Throughout the process, Sheri was incredibly knowledgeable about advertising the property and negotiating offers/sale. She gave me sound advice whenever I needed it (and as a first time seller I needed it!) I could not have sold my place without her! Sheri is professional, trustworthy, and will advocate for you every bit of the way. She was thorough in her assessment of the property and had many helpful ideas about how to present it. She staged the property, hired an amazing photographer, and wrote a spectacular listing. We had many inquiries and several offers. I know that was thanks to Sheri. Furthermore, Sheri is an excellent communicator. She was extremely responsive and made sure everything moved along in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate how well Sheri communicated with other realtors, lawyer and the park management (where the property was located.)
