Buyer reviewShoya was awesome! She was very out going and easy to work with, especially with me being in the Military and gone throughout the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond with recommending a local mortgage broker when recognizing that my bank (USAA) wasn't giving me the best deal. I trusted her throughout the entire process and it went seamless. She even provided an assortment of donuts and breakfast food at the house on the day of my arrival. She is an excellent broker: 5/5 stars!

Buyer reviewIt was by shear luck that USAA assigned me to Shoya Garrison. There is no need to use USAA or any other referral service if you're moving to Altus (or the surrounding area) and in the market to buy a home. Just pick up the phone, call Century 21, and ask for Shoya Garrison. We hit the "Realtor Jackpot"! Shoya took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and took us to see as many as we wanted. She is extremely knowledgable of the area and the market. She will not have you overpay for a home and she will keep you within you budget. Shoya is a good, honest, hard working person that really cares about the people and families that she works for. As a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions that were answered quickly and with 100% accuracy... even late at night when something didn't make sense to me. She is always available to make buying a home as painless as possible. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or our experience. Being assigned to Shoya was/is a blessing. Buying our home was one of the easiest processes I've been through, thanks to her.

Seller reviewI was with a previous broker and my house was up for sale for over a year with only one potential contract. I decided to go to with another agent and wanted to find the most motivated agent I could to sell my house. I found that agent at Century 21. Shoya looked at my house and could not believe it had not sold. So she retook some pictures and advertised it and got several hits on people looking at the property and within a month we had a contract on the house. I don't know everything she did to market the house, but what ever she did it worked. Shoya is the best house sales person I know. She works all day everyday sailing houses. She is a motivated and a caring person. She does everything she can for you. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
