Buyer reviewI cannot say enough about Shoya! She walked me through every step with patience, caring and compassion. She was like working with a family member. She made me feel important and my goals were important and it didn't matter if I was buying a $25K house or a $300K house, she wanted it as much as I wanted it. We cried together on several occasions through my hard times and celebration times. I firmly believe my dream of owning a home for me and my grand-children would not have happened without Shoya! She was a God-send. I will forever be grateful for all she did for me and my family. She found us our forever home and made it happen! SHOYA IS THE BEST!!!

Buyer reviewThis is the second house I have purchased using Shoya. She is a good friend and loyal realtor. She listens to my concerns and addresses those as needed. She is normally on time when meeting for a walk through of a house. I never had to wait on her. I would strongly recommend Shoya to those looking for a house to purchase as she is easy to deal with and listens to the customers needs.

Seller reviewShoya was wonderful. Being out of state when selling g your home you need someone you can really trust. Being so far away didn't make it easy to do things that needed to be done. But when something came up Shoya jumped right in and took care of it. I never had to worry about anything, she was a true blessing, she would call and tell me something needed to be done ask my permission and then work her butt off till it was taken care of. And it was done the right way. She did things for me that she didn't need to,because they were things that needed to be done and she new it was so far for me to come to take care of . I never had to worry about a thing, I knew I could rely on her and know things would get done. Shoya was really my guardianangel taking care of me, that's the way she made me feel. In ending Shoya did a above and beyond her job for me, you can not find a better person to handle selling your home for you. I can't Thank her enough for the worlderful job she did and how great she treated me. SHOYA really knows her business.

Shoya was on top of every aspect of this purchase, she made this a simple and smooth process for us as the buyers. She was our eyes and ears through the entire process and worked hard for us. Shoya was the perfect mixture of professional and friendly. She was someone I could have been friends with my entire life, she loves her job and it shows.
