Stacy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our new beautiful home! She was always available to us when we had questions and she did a fantastic job at keeping us in the know about deadlines throughout the whole process. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home and paid close attention to detail during inspections and walk throughs. I couldn't recommend Stacy enough, she really is fantastic to work with.

Stacy was at my side every inch of the way. She would take time to explain everything so that I could understand it. She never ever push me in signing anything. My son also has a realtors license in IL and thought my selection to have Stacy as my realtor was the right one. The day I signed papers with the notary as I had moved 2 1/2 hours away, Stacy drove up to my place to be there for me incase I had any questions. To me that's something I'll never forget. Century 21 has their people that work for them work for the client. As far as I'm concerned, Stacy could have not done any more for me, she was there all the way.

My wife and I fell in love with Florida, but we did not know where exactly we wanted to buy a house. We kept driving more and more south from Tampa along the west coast until we finally came across Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. We contacted one of the Century 21 listed houses in the area, however, due to illness the agent couldn't help us look at properties and Stacy Mason was assigned to us. I am not exaggerating when I say, we could not for a better agent than Stacy. Since we didn't know anything about Cape Coral, Stacy not only took us around all over the place as we didn't have anything narrowed down, but informed us about all things important. For example, cost of flood insurance and ways that we can save. She educated us about schools choice and how 'red tape' works in FL. She has been extremely accommodating as we would travel from another state, she always found time for us. Stacy is one of the sweetest people you will meet that only means to get into the house you will love. Even though her job is commission based, she had never rushed us, never gave us an indication that this house is better than another because commission is higher. From the bottom of my heart, Stacy's service was 5 of out 5 and I can't imagine another agent helping us in the future!

Stacy was also an excellent listener, Understanding and supportive. She went above and beyond to get information about an above ground pool. She always had an answer for our many questions. We certainly recommend her to anyone needing a new home.
