Stacy Mason of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise

We had a different agent and he seemed kind of lost. We needed to see a property and someone sent us to Stacy. She showed us the house and when we started talking to her she completely understood our needs and the vision we had of what we wanted.she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market so we asked her if she would be our agent instead. She said of course. Stacy was extremely helpful. She guided me every step of the way. She got the offer contracts to me in a timely manner and explained any question I had. She was easy to reach at any time and was always happy to help. She's extremely friendly, professional and approachable. Lord does this woman have patience. My family and I were a lot to handle and she made it through like a champ. She was able to help us all out of all the situations we had to go through. Always willing to help, always there when we needed her. Extremely smart and savvy and was able to work solutions for the many problems she had to face along the way. She was extremely understanding and sympathetic. She made me feel like I was her only client and that my needs were the most important thing. Without her I couldn't have gotten through this. I feel like she's part of the family now. Stacy is the best. I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone I know because I am certain they would be in good hands. Anyone that gets Stacy as their agent would be lucky, because she will make sure all your needs are met, and she will make you feel included in this whole process. Couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of me.

We felt like Stacy excelled in performance in our case. From the house we purchased from a part time realtor, it was left partially like what we would expect in a foreclosure condition. The seller had obviously a different opinion of how to leave the house although being a realtor himself. Stacy felt so much " guilty " on his behalf, that she came along in her private time to help us to perform an initial cleaning for a couple of hours. Stacy really went above and beyond in this entire deal and i would like to recognize her for her outstanding duty !!!

Stacy was very friendly and easy to get to know. We looked at a ton of houses and didn't seem to mind going from house to house. With spending that much time with her she got to know me and knew what I liked and didn't like. I had to fly back home and she continued to look for me and found the one we purchased. She FaceTimed us and gave us the walk through. She made the paperwork very easy to do. Honestly I am so thankful she was our realtor. We couldn't of done this with our her!

Stacy was on top of everything. Any problems that came up she helped me handle quickly and easily. My closing was delayed because an employee working on it went to the hospital and Stacy was able to get my purchase closed the day after the original date instead of days later or losing the property!
