She helped negotiate an arrangement with the sellers to rent their property to me while I worked on securing a mortgage, which was a big help to me and my family. Both my son and my roommate are disabled and we needed an accessible home for them, so being able to rent this home and then purchase it made the move well worth while. Susan was extremely sympathetic to my family and the unique circumstances that we have and I couldn't have asked for better.
