(Susan you know what I'm talking about on this one) I thought I was going to be in a tight spot and I was speechless when she was able to bring me some extra help when I told her my situation. The whole experience was smooth and yet when I seemed overwhelmed with everything she took time out of her day to explain everything to me so I wasn't totally lost. I was really concerned about the market value and wanted to be sure I got the maximum value from the property which she took the time to research and made sure I got the best deal possible. If there were a star rating and 5 is the maximum I would give Susan a 10 if allowed. Century 21 is lucky to have a great agent that is dedicated to her career and clients.
