Buyer reviewSuzanne worked hard to be accommodating and informative on an array of issues. She was excellent at managing the viewing of relevant properties and smart in the numbers shown at any one time. She provided solid commentary as we went along through the effort. Suzanne is working very robustly on a number of sales as such she still did a great job communicating ASAP. Century 21 should produce an opinion handout(s) on the reasons when purchasers should obtain a survey, inspections and appraisals and when such may be reasonable to skip ... the pros and cons ... and the protections they afford. The purchase went smoothly. Support staff executed when called upon to relay messages.
