Seller reviewI have tired to sell my property for four years through other agent without any luck until one year ago my friend recommended Suzanne Cafiero to me. She gave me an excellent suggestion of renovating the office to a four bed rooms residential house, She also found a very capable and reliable contractor for me. I moved to California ten years ago and impossible for me to handle the project. Suzanne was so kind to oversee the works and takes care every thing for me. Finally she sold it in four months. My wife and I are so relief and have no more worry. Suzanne is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, dependable, and easy to communicate. Seller reviewTo repeat what I stated previously in this survey: I think Suzanne went beyond my expectations as a sales agent for my property. She treated me like a friend through the entire process but used her professional talents to make the entire process as easy as possible for me. She was always available to me(and my son) to answer any questions we had and to keep us up-to-date on the progress of the sale. She was knowledgeable about the sales histories in my area and extremely helpful in preparing my house for sale when I was dealing with everything from another location. I would highly recommend Suzanne to other friends and neighbors. She's a gem!
