Buyer reviewI loved working with Suzanne Caferio when I sold my home and I used her when I bought my next home. She was easy to talk to and understood my needs and worked hard in my opinion to get me the house I needed. She was professional and was always in contact with me for all of my many questions and concerns . Suzanne has a very sweet personality, but make no mistake she is there to represent you when negoating the deal. I would highly recommend Susan Caferio for anybody looking to buy or sell a home.

They were always very willing to get us into properties, many being last minute decisions. Once we decided on a property to purchase, they were ALWAYS there to answer questions, find out information, and deal with any issues very promptly and thoroughly. As we went through the negotiation process, they helped in every way, recommending offer price, offering advice as to negotiating different aspects of the deal and going back and forth with the Sellers agent with many of our requests and questions. We are very happy with our relationship with Suzanne and Rich, they are and will continue to be who we go to for our real estate needs.
