Personal Profile
Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

Seller reviewShe lives in the condo complex and knows the market extremely well! She has sold units for top dollar and was aggressive in bringing in interested buyers that had contacted her and wanted to buy in the complex. She sold my unit within days after an open house. She even helped get ready for the open house by packing and taking boxes/containers to my garage! Getting ready for the open house, she took flyers around to businesses on Main Street, made sure the information box had flyers in it, and flyers on the condo information bulletin boards that are at each elevator. I got the price I wanted and pre-signing was quick and easy. She excelled in all these categories! She was always available to talk and made sure I understood what was happening and why. When our first buyer backed out at the last minute, she had another buyer right away that we went to settlement with.
