Personal Profile
Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

Seller reviewOver the years Tammy kept the owners at Ocean Park aware of sales and sales prices on our units. We did not plan to sell #319 but a letter from Tammy in late April let us know about the sale of unit 219 directly below ours. We're now in our upper 70s, live in Athens, Ga and the 6+ hour drive to the beach was getting tougher and tougher for us. We purchased our unit in April 2000-prior to construction and moved in December 2001 and planned to leave it to our kids. After talking with Tammy in late April, we decided to meet with her on May 3rd. She was friendly, upbeat and answered all of our questions so we decided to put it on the market on May 13th. Tammy was like a stick of dynamite. She started working on selling our unit and 7 days later we accepted an offer. After the sale Tammy was there to help us with everything we needed to do. She's a gem and we can't imagine anyone doing more for us.
