Seller reviewTim Parr was fantastic to work with - from readily working with my daughter exchanging information and documents to finding reasonably priced companies to take care of the few things identified in the inspection. There was never any pressure. Tim is very thorough in his work. The selling and closing processes were fully explained ahead of time thus there were no surprises. Most importantly, I was always treated with respect. I highly recommend Tim Parr, especially for those who prefer to work with a low-key (and exceptional) sales agent.
