Where to start! We were first looking for a home 3 1/2 yrs ago, Tim happened to be the listing agent on a home we were interested in, did I mention we lived out of state, a 10 hour drive, at the time? From that first call he was so accommodating, willing to talk with us about our many options, and he continued doing that for about a year until we found a home. We loved him so much that friends who moved from out of state used him, people I ran into on hiking trails looking for a realtor have used him, he's so willing to go the extra mile, spend the time to help you find what you're looking for and not rush you. We decided at the end of last year to make a move closer to those friends. We mentioned above and called Tim, the hunt began anew. Really Tim and his wife Sherri are so helpful, we told them where our interest was, and in this fast paced market, houses selling red hot fast we knew it wouldn't be easy but in 3 months we were fortunate enough to get a home just down the street from our friends and Tim and Sherri were there helping guide us through inspections, folks coming to give us estimates on work, right down to the closing. As to not leave us homeless we put our first home up a few days prior to closing on this new home and had a contract on day one. We can not say enough positive things about Tim, really a salt of the earth, feel as though you've known him your entire life kind of guy.
