We relied on Tim's vast knowledge of area as he offered suggestions and answers to our questions during the search. He brought up many helpful considerations that we had not previously thought of, which made the complexities of buying property much easier to understand and deal with. Tim got to understand what we were interested in and helped us find our perfect property! After finding the property, Tim, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the purchasing of that property. Tim was able to explain the complexities associated with closing on our property to us which made us very relieved. Tim's use of the technology throughout the process made the search and purchasing much easier to work with (especially when purchasing remotely!).
