He was excellent throughout our process, going beyond what one would normally expect in order to make the sale. We can't say enough good things about his real estate abilities but to also have an agent of good character is, for us, paramount. He has always been a good listener and is a trusted real estate advisor. We fully expect him to help us find just the right retirement home. It will likely take some time to find a suitable replacement for the house we had planned to build but he has demonstrated the tenacity and perseverance needed for the task.
