Seller reviewI choose Tim as my agent as he conveniently worked at the Century 21 office in the town where my investment property was located as well as the town where I live. Since I don't live in the town where my property is located, I wanted an agent that would be available to look after my property in my absence during the time it was listed. Tim ultimately represented me as a 'facilitator' in the transaction once we obtained an offer. He is a very skilled negotiator and did a great job in bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion.

There were a lot of questions that had to be answered and Tim Seay did his homework to provided me with the correct information even before the house went on the market. Tim Seay has great negotiation skills and kept me informed all through the sale process. He was an excellent communicator and explained everything in the detail I understood.

Even though this purchase was basicaly done before I met Tim, he made it more comfortable to move forward and handle the transaction. Once I met Tim in person at the closing he gave me the sense of trustworthy i would want with anyone handling my money and investments. Just an all around good guy. We will probably have drinks one day, on me ! If you need anyone in the real estate world I highly recommend using Tim Seay
