Buyer reviewTim Seay let us know about Century's helpful (no cost) assigning one of their office staff members to anyone buying a house from them to help with the somewhat awkward job of arranging the utilities and services for the new house....We were coming in from S. Carolina to the new house without having seen it first and were glad to have their help with getting the utilities set up in advance. They also arranged for us to sign the house papers with the internet so we didn't need to make a second trip to Tennessee.
