Tresa Hunter is a dedicated REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 First Choice Realty, proudly serving Tulsa and the surrounding areas of Northeast Oklahoma. Licensed in 2021, Tresa quickly found her stride in real estate, a career that felt like a perfect fit after years of personally buying, selling, and moving homes with her husband, David. Over 28 years, the two have moved approximately 18 times, fueling their shared love for real estate and home design. Tresa often jokes they probably missed their calling as builders. What truly drives Tresa is her love for people and homes. She believes real estate offers the best of both worlds and has built her career on service, consistency, and purpose. In 2024, she earned the CENTURY 21® Diamond Producer Award, a prestigious honor recognizing top-performing sales associates who demonstrate exceptional success and leadership in the industry. She has also received consecutive Quality Service Pinnacle Producer awards since affiliating with CENTURY 21® in 2022, as well as the Rising Star Award for the Tulsa branch office. Buyer reviewTresa Hunter, an angel on Earth. I found a home near my family, and knew I wanted it. But buying a house while going through a divorce is exceedingly difficult. Somehow she and worked her magic when all odds were against me on the sellers accepting my offer. And then there were so many challenges and obstacles after I signed the contract, due to my personal situation. She and her husband guided me through every step, and were there for me in ways that exceeded their duties. When I say Tresa went above and beyond, I mean she flew to another planet to help make this happen! I cannot sing her praises enough. I'm so blessed to have been referred to her, she and David made my seemingly impossible dream come true.

We explained to her what we were looking for and she provided excellent options of properties that met our needs. This was important because we didn't want to spend a lot of time looking at properties that didn't meet our specific needs. Each property we looked at checked our boxes and we found the perfect one for us. Communication and follow up through the mortgage and closing process was excellent. Every question quickly answered and resolved. Would not hesitate to use Tresa again for our real estate needs!

I am so glad I randomly connected with her from a great distance away, when moving to Tulsa. She waited months for us to move, and continued to keep in touch with us months in advance of our move. We had multiple realtors we were in contact with, but only Tresa was the one who cared about our family and journey. She became an instant friend to our family and our children. We were the most PICKIEST clients and it never hindered her determination to help us find our new home. Due to personal reasons, we had to rent a year after she spent 6 months with us searching. We felt so bad, but she continued to have faith and stuck with us until the following summer. Ultimately, she found us our dream home. She fought for us and worked magic to convince the sellers to pick us, among multiple offers. She has become a great cherished friend who I will always trust. We highly recommend Tresa.
