Licensed in 2021, Tresa quickly found her stride in real estate, a career that felt like a perfect fit after years of personally buying, selling, and moving homes with her husband, David. Over 28 years, the two have moved approximately 18 times, fueling their shared love for real estate and home design. Tresa often jokes they probably missed their calling as builders. What truly drives Tresa is her love for people and homes. She believes real estate offers the best of both worlds and has built her career on service, consistency, and purpose. In 2024, she earned the CENTURY 21® Diamond Producer Award, a prestigious honor recognizing top-performing sales associates who demonstrate exceptional success and leadership in the industry. She has also received consecutive Quality Service Pinnacle Producer awards since affiliating with CENTURY 21® in 2022, as well as the Rising Star Award for the Tulsa branch office. I had previously bought and sold 5 homes in other areas so I've had experience with several other realtors for comparison. I was new to the Tulsa area and the guidance Tresa was able to give me was invaluable. Tresa KNOWS Tulsa. And she KNOWS real estate. She is also just a joy to work with. Highly personable and professional. She handled everything so seamlessly that I literally did very little aside from viewing homes and attending closing. I didn't have to worry about anything. I love my new home. It's such a crazy market right now but Tresa still made buying a home a breeze.

Buyer reviewWhere to even start- Tresa Hunter has not only been the best realtor we have ever had, she has become a significant part of our lives, for which we are grateful. We first met Tresa when we moved to the Tulsa area over a year ago. She took the time to really get to know us and who we were, ours needs, and our wants. We were looking for a realtor that could be extremely patient, would fight for us, would work for us no matter the budget, and would take the time to listen, learn, and find that perfect "home" for our family. Tresa not only met that but also exceeded our expectations. We had forwarned her of how picky, how detail oriented, and how indecisive we were. We were equally met by her driven passion, impeccable work ethic, and desire to fulfill her clients' dreams. We searched for several months for our home, but had no success in the current market. After having to rent for a year at no fault to her, we stayed in contact, and she never gave up on us. The countless hours day and night, weekday and weekends, the added help of her husband's experience, all proved invaluable. There was not a call or text she missed, a request she did not make. She was absolutely professional through and through. As we sit here looking around at the gorgeous home and perfect community she found for us, we hope that Tresa continues to shine in this industry, continues to fulfill those dreams, and that people and her employer truly see the "gem" that she is. She is and has been absolutely priceless, and we will forever hold a place in our hearts for Tresa.
