While the property I initially wanted got bought the day before by someone with a higher offer, Trey sent me a whole spreadsheet of 10 more properties within my price range before they were to be put up online and advertised. He answered every question of mine and helped me get started as a first time property owner with land I plan to build my first home on and from the beginning understood what I planned to do in order to develop it. He even reccomended me a contractor to clear the lot and called several surveyors for me to get a quote first before we selected one. He and his team will work with you to find your property and answer your questions along the way! Excellent service!
