His recommendation on home improvements, staging & pricing were spot on, resulting in a viable offer on the property within 24 hours of going on the market. Being overseas during the initial negotiation of the sale, Mr. Wyers maintained contact guiding us through the process. Mr Weyers visited and went through every house we had interest in with attention to detail and care showing each house. Tyler didn't have to look very long for our new home, as he found it really quickly and we could not be more ecstatic about Tyler's time, attention and professionalism when helping us purchase our new home! The ease of the transaction was also second to none in Tyler Weyer's attitude, and upstanding nature which was just awesome. He went above and beyond helping us find our place.
