Buyer reviewTyler's help was so appreciative throughout all the buying process, he made sure we were aware of things to look for in a house, both good and bad. He did not try to cover any issues up with a house, he was honest and direct. He helped us understand all things about the buying process and recommended some great people to us (lender, inspector, and a sewer scope guy). Overall things went so smoothly with the looking and buying of a house, and I would recommend Tyler!!

Buyer reviewMy first house showing in the area was set up by Tyler and I knew right away he was who I wanted as my realtor. I appreciated the fact that he was always available for questions, and was very easy to work with. He was very good about communicating things to look for in the houses I'd toured, and making note of things that I may have missed that were valuable to be aware of. His efforts in helping me find my home made me feel like he wanted to make sure I found the right place, not just a place, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a realtor in the Pella area.

Seller reviewTyler , met with us after my brother passed away. He was the owner. He was very helpful in letting us know what needed to be done to enhance the house and property so we could sell the home. Tyler was very knowledgeable of the laws , and procedures of selling real estate. He knew of what contractors, could do what needed done. Also arranged for them to do the work. Tyler was available to take my calls whenever I had a question, or needed an update on the sell.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I chose to work with Tyler for the purchase of our first home in Pella. We very much enjoyed the process in working with Tyler. He is very attentative in listening to the needs of his clients. What impressed us the most in working with him was in the closing process. We chose to do a short closing, and during that process we had a couple of unexpected hurdles to overcome. Tyler went above and beyond to clear these roadblocks and see our closing happened in our original agreed upon time. We are so thankful for having Tyler on our team and getting us into our home. We would HIGHLY recommend him and Century 21. They were absolutely great to work with!!
